The Referral Program is very simple: refer your friend, family or neighbor with a pool and/or spa, and if they sign up with us under the Flat Rate Plan for the season, you will receive $100! You DO NOT have to be a current customer or even own a pool, just refer us a new Flat Rate Customer and upon their payment to us, we will cut you a check as well. Make sure they mention your name first when they sign up.

We have a couple of rules:

1.      Only 1 voucher per referral. The new customer must mention your name first. We can only give one per customer referral. Your name must be mentioned to us during the sign up process and before service begins and/or payment is received. No referral fees can be claimed after the new flat rate customer has paid and service has begun.

2.      To be considered a new customer, Swimm Pools must have never serviced your current and/or previous address. A New customer is an individual or family that Swimm Pools has never serviced or been under contract with at their current and/or previous address, under any type of contract, Flat Rate or not.

3.      The new customer must sign up for our full service Flat Rate Plan for the entire season.

4.      Referral fee will be issued once the new service customer has returned a complete and signed Flat Rate service agreement for the entire season and 100% payment has been made. Referral fee only applies to their first year of service with Swimm Pools.

5.      Referrals for pools located in towns that we service only (Darien, New Canaan, Greenwich, Wilton, Westport, Norwalk, Rowayton, Fairfield, Stamford, Weston, Riverside, Ridgefield, Cos Cob, Mt. Kisco, Bedford, & Pound Ridge)
